This policy explains what information Optics collects, why, and what we do with it. We keep this short and honest because that is how we want to run the company.
What we collect
We only collect information you give us directly. When you submit a form on this site (the pilot application or the careers form), we collect the details you enter, such as your name, email address, bakery name, location, and anything you write in the message fields. We do not collect more than that.
How your information is handled
Our forms are processed by Web3Forms, a third-party form service that delivers your submission to our email inbox. Your submission passes through their systems to reach us. This website is hosted on Vercel. We do not currently run advertising trackers or sell your information to anyone.
Why we use it
We use the information you submit only to respond to you and to contact you about Optics, the pilot program, or a role you applied for. We do not use it for unrelated marketing, and we do not share it with advertisers.
How long we keep it
We keep your submission for as long as we need it to stay in touch with you about Optics. If you ask us to delete it, we will.
Your choices
You can ask us at any time to tell you what information we hold about you, to correct it, or to delete it. Email us and we will take care of it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle your information, for example if we add analytics or new services, we will update this page. Check back here for the current version.
